Jens Vanbrabant, CFA

Biography

Jens Vanbrabant is a senior portfolio manager for the Plus Fixed Income team at Allspring Global Investments. He joined Allspring from its predecessor firm, Wells Fargo Asset Management (WFAM). Jens served as a portfolio manager responsible for the team’s corporate investment-grade and high-yield credit risk before becoming a lead portfolio manager of WFAM Credit Europe’s multi-asset credit portfolios, which included significant allocations to loans and high yield. Jens was previously at J.P. Morgan, where he was a credit research analyst responsible for the firm’s industrials loan exposure in the Credit Portfolio Group. He began his investment industry career in 1999. Jens earned a master’s of laws degree from King's College London and a law degree from University of Leuven in Belgium. He has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation and is a member of CFA Society U.K.
